An updated frost advisory was released by the NWS Portland OR on Thursday at 5:31 a.m. valid from 9 p.m. until Friday 10 a.m. The advisory is for Willapa Hills, Cowlitz County Lowlands, North Clark County Lowlands and South Washington Cascade Foothills.
